14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging when possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging when possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
